How to do dead-curl exercises

Actress Shilpa Shetty’s exercise video clearly shows what is the right way to do dead curls.

  • First of all, stand with a biceps barbell. You can add as much weight as you want if you want.
  • Now make the legs as wide as the waist and hold the barbell from the outside of the thigh. In the meantime your palm should be facing outwards.
  • Now keeping the elbows steady along the waist, bring the barbell close to the chest and do the biceps curls.
  • After this, bring the hands straight down and bend the knees slightly and bring the barbell to the ground.
  • In the meantime keep the waist straight and keep the chest forward.
  • When the barbell is slightly above the ground, stand back straight.
  • After this, repeat the process of barbell curls.
  • You have to do the same for 1 minute.

Shilpa Shetty, explaining how to do magical exercises, says that you have to do each set for 1 minute and you have to do 4 such sets. There is only a 30 second break between these sets. This exercise can also be done in cardio as a high intensity interval training drill (HIIT drill).
